Anyways...
gave me the idea of drawing Pirate Kog'Maw, and so I started live streaming and scribbled out the above. helped by giving me a reference for the hat and the jacket, along with pointing out things that looked funny.

I spent... Almost 2 hours.... On that background... Mostly on the water... ಠ_ಠ
